The work is a modern reinterpretation of the 28 Chinese constellations. This series was
completed during the Tsinghua University Metaverse Workshop as a collaborative project,
where I was responsible for the critical aspects of visual generation and output.
The technical insights gained from this project for future endeavors include identifying
appropriate tools for converting 2D designs into 3D models and establishing workflows
for transitioning from high-poly to low-poly models in game design. Additionally, reverse
engineering low-poly models into high-poly ones was explored to meet the requirements
of 3D printing.
This project also laid the foundation for modernizing the presentation of ancient culture
as a future direction for my work.
